Availability rules

The configured set of hours, days, and conditions that determine when a scheduler shows available booking slots to visitors — the boundary between your bookable time and your blocked time.

Booking page

The public-facing URL where prospects and clients select an available time slot, provide their details, and confirm a meeting or appointment booking.

Buffer time

Automatic gaps added before and after scheduled meetings to prevent back-to-back bookings and allow prep and debrief time.

Calendar sync

Two-way synchronisation between a scheduling tool and your calendar provider (Google, Outlook, Apple) that prevents double-bookings by reading existing events and writing new bookings.

Round-robin scheduling

An automated method of distributing incoming bookings across a team, rotating through available members to ensure equal or priority-weighted distribution.
